Right now I'm working on a story that I'm actually waiting to finish writing before I type it *gasp* This may be the first time I'm actually going to stick to this! One of my friends wants me to write before I start typing it because she wants to read it as soon as I put a few words on the paper in my notebook.
Don't get me wrong, I love the fact that she loves my story that much, but she's that way with everything. My crappy drawings, my friends awesome drawings, and even the stuff I doodle in my planner. Then she downgrades everything she does even though her stuff is absolutely amazing! I guess I don't give myself any credit either, but I can admit that I'm working hard to write and learn to draw well.
I guess I should get back to the story I'm writing.
The story is about a girl named Acelan. Her name actually means calm and peaceful, but the fact is that she is half demon. Well, that's what she thinks. She's about sixteen years old. Her brother, Ulf, and herself live in a cave close to a school called the Full Moon Academy. Ulf is about twelve years old, but he's suffered from being ill most of his life and he is blind. Both kids were orphened when their mother died during child birth. Acelan made a promise to her mother that she would protect Ulf and that she would continue going to school until she figured out a way to get to the demon world. Acelan has two human friends that know about her secret. The first she met when they were in elementary school. His name is Skeast and he's gay and crossdresses when he can. He was the first to open his heart to Ace and a little bit after that he introduced Jack to Ace. Jack was and always will be in love with Ace, but he knows the love will always be unrequited. The first day school begins after summer break, a new person is brought into the school and he has all of the same classes as Acelan. The moment Acelan sets eyes on the guy, Kunga, she knows she doesn't like him and because he is also a demon. Kunga seems to have fallen for Acelan at first sight and he continues to pester Acelan in all of the classes she attends.
